Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, downloading a client, or otherwise using DVDVPN services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms").
If you are using this service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using our services immediately and delete your account. Continued use constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms.
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and DVDVPN. In case of conflict, these Terms shall prevail unless the Privacy Policy states otherwise.
Service Description
DVDVPN provides Virtual Private Network (VPN) services based on encrypted tunneling technology, including but not limited to:
- Client applications for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux platforms;
- Access to globally distributed VPN nodes;
- Account management dashboard;
- Customer support through our ticket system.
We provide services on an "as is" basis without any express or implied guarantees regarding availability, speed, or fitness for specific purposes, as detailed in Section 8 (Disclaimer).
Regional Restrictions
Due to regional variations in laws and regulations, users in certain areas may be subject to restrictions. You are responsible for ensuring your use of VPN services is legal in your location. DVDVPN is not liable for any consequences arising from a user's violation of local laws.
Service Changes
We reserve the right to modify, update, or suspend any part of our service at any time, including node locations and client features. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of major changes, but maintenance or minor fixes may occur without separate notice.
Account Registration & Security
Registration Requirements
An account is required to use our services. During registration, you must:
- Provide a valid and active email address;
- Set a secure login password;
- Confirm you are at least 18 years old or using the service with explicit guardian authorization;
- Ensure all registration info is true and accurate, and update it as needed.
Only one account is permitted per user. Prohibited acts include creating multiple accounts to duplicate free traffic or other new user rewards.
Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity occurring under your account, whether authorized or not. If you notice unauthorized access or security breaches, notify us via a ticket immediately and update your password.
We are not liable for any losses caused by your failure to secure your account credentials.
Account Transfer
Accounts and their associated traffic and balance are non-transferable. Selling, renting, or otherwise granting account access to third parties is strictly prohibited.
Subscriptions & Billing
Free Traffic Allowance
New users receive a one-time free traffic allowance upon signup. The specific amount is shown in the dashboard. Once exhausted, you must purchase a plan to continue using the service; we do not auto-charge you.
Subscription Plans
We offer four paid tiers with identical node access and features:

Prices are shown on the page in US Dollars (USD). Final payment amounts may vary based on exchange rates, local taxes, or payment channel fees.
Billing Rules
Checkout follows this priority:
- Account Balance Deducted First: Available balance (e.g., from referrals) is automatically prioritized for payment. Full direct payment without using balance is not supported.
- Difference Paid via Third-Party: If the balance is insufficient, the remaining difference is paid through your selected payment method.
IMPORTANT: Purchasing a new plan while an old one is active takes effect immediately and voids any remaining traffic from the old plan without refund. Please check your usage before purchase.
Referral Reward Balance
Successful referrals earn rewards for both parties. Reward amounts are shown in the dashboard. Balance can only be used for plan purchases and is non-withdrawable and non-refundable upon account deletion.
Refund Policy
All subscription purchases take effect immediately upon payment. In principle, we do not support "no-reason" refunds.
In the following cases, you may submit a refund request via our ticket system for review:
- Service is unavailable for an extended period due to our technical issues, and we fail to fix it within a reasonable timeframe;
- Duplicate charges caused by system errors;
- Other circumstances we deem eligible for a reasonable refund.
Refund requests must be submitted within a reasonable period after the incident. Late requests may not be accepted. All refund decisions and amounts are determined by us on a case-by-case basis and are final.
Traffic lost due to a user purchasing a new plan before their old one expires is not eligible for a refund, as this is a result of voluntary user action.
User Conduct Code
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and to comply with all applicable local laws. Prohibited acts include:
Technical & Security
- Launching any form of attack on DVDVPN servers, networks, or infrastructure, including DoS/DDoS;
- Attempting unauthorized access to DVDVPN systems, other user accounts, or third-party systems;
- Spreading malware, viruses, or any code intended to damage other systems;
- Bypassing technical restrictions or reverse-engineering the client software.
Abuse & Fraud
- Registering multiple accounts to duplicate free traffic or referral rewards;
- Forging or impersonating identities during registration;
- Using fraudulent means to gain improper benefits.
Content & Usage
- Using the service to transmit, store, or access illegal content;
- Using the service for unauthorized commercial communications (spam);
- Transferring, selling, or granting third parties access to your account;
- Any usage that violates applicable laws and regulations.
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice and without refund obligations.
Intellectual Property
DVDVPN client software, website content, trademarks, logos, and technology are the exclusive property of DVDVPN or its licensors and are protected by IP laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to use the service according to these Terms. This license does not include:
- Copying, modifying, distributing, or creating derivative works of DVDVPN software;
- Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the client software;
- Redistributing the service or any of its components for commercial purposes.
You grant us the right to use any content you voluntarily submit to us (such as ticket feedback) for the purpose of improving our services.
Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available." We explicitly exclude the following guarantees:
- Service Continuity: We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available. Service may drop due to maintenance, network failure, or force majeure.
- Fitness for Purpose: We do not guarantee the service will meet your specific needs, including access to certain regions or content platform unlocking.
- Data Speed: Actual speeds depend on multiple factors (local network, node load, etc.); we make no specific commitments regarding speed.
- Third-Party Content: We are not responsible for the legality, accuracy, or availability of third-party sites or content accessed via our service.
You understand and agree that using the service is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DVDVPN and its affiliates, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including data loss or business interruption.
In no event shall our total cumulative liability to you exceed the total service fees paid by you to us in the three months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations; in such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by local law.
The limitations of liability in these Terms are fundamental to our service pricing. If you do not accept these limits, please do not use the service.
Service Termination
User Deletion
You may delete your account via the dashboard at any time. Upon deletion, all remaining traffic, balance, and referral benefits are voided and non-refundable.
Our Right to Terminate
We may suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice and without refund obligation if:
- You violate any part of these Terms;
- Your account is linked to fraud, abuse, or illegal activity;
- Your account poses a risk to our systems, other users, or third parties;
- Termination is required by law or government authorities.
Effect of Termination
Terms regarding IP, Disclaimers, Liability, and Dispute Resolution remain in effect after account termination.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time to reflect service updates, legal changes, or business decisions.
For major changes, we will notify you through one or more of the following:
- Notification sent to your registered email;
- A prominent notice posted at the top of this page or on our website.
Continued use of the service after a change notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept, you must stop using the service before the new Terms take effect.
The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision date.
